Tomorrow I plan on riding my bike for 30-45 mins and attempt some crunches. I don't know if both will happen but they bike is a def. I was going to go for a walk today but I got side tracked :( I had to do all kinds of stuff for my daughters school that I forgot to do so my break away from her I was still taking care of her stuff lol. Tomorrow its on though!! I am getting two of my nieces tomorrow too for a whole month!! I am super excited just wish the others were here too I miss them all oh so much! I just hope this doesn't make things difficult for me.... I doubt it will but who knows, things happen at the worst times it seems.
So how has everyone else done today? Did you get your exercise in? stay in calorie range and get enough water? I hope all is well and everyone is doing great. I have to go back to class so sorry for the short blog but I will def. ttyl. Luck to all!!
Some days I am famished more than others and I don't know why either..lol.

Some days I just can't get full. I don't know if it's because I'm just craving something or not. I'm just glad that it doesn't happen too often.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite filling breakfast these days is my smoothie - a cup of apple juice, a thing of fat free vanilla yogurt, a banana, and then whatever frozen fruit i have in the freezer - today, pineapple and peach. The banana makes it really thick and filling.

ReplyDeleteUh, yeah. some days I just can't get enough to eat. What I do is go to the kitchen and ask myself if I'm hungry enough to scarf down some veggies. If the answer is no, then I assume it's my brain telling me I'm hungry and not my stomach, and I get as far away from the pantry as possible and stay there until the urge to eat passes. If the answer is yes, then I go for it and eat a bowl of veggies - plain, no butter, no ranch dressing, no cheese! :)

ReplyDeleteGreat job of controlling the urges! I've been eating 3 eggs (plus whatever, like cheese and/or bacon) for breakfast for years. Lately I've made them hard boiled. That way they travel well and give me the shot of protein I need mid-morning to keep the energy up. Good luck!
I eat oatmeal for breakfast and it helps fill me up. The McCann's quick & easy version is "steel cut" so it has a lot of good fiber in it but still only takes 5 minutes in the microwave. Especially nice with fruit. :)
ReplyDeleteI dont do smoothies too much because they fill me for a while but are not worth the points well atleast the ones I have made, and I always drink water first to see if I am hungry but for some reason that day was the day from hell i would drink water and it would make me full for about 5 mins then my hunger would come back even stronger.I didnt think of hard boiled which would make a lot of sense they do fill you up and as for oatmeal I seriously hate oatmeal lol I will try to fix it up with stuff and see if I manage to like it at all. I appreciate all of your answers to my questions. It meant a lot and I will try all of them even if I dont care for them lol anything is worth a try.
